Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified by email.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Delivery times vary by destination and USPS service level. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered by USPS but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly to open a claim.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not able to modify the shipping address once an order has entered processing.
Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
Lost package claims must be filed directly with USPS. We will assist with documentation if needed.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only if your order is received with verified errors or defects due to our fulfillment.
Refunds are not issued for:
Buyer’s remorse
Failure to read product descriptions
Delayed delivery due to USPS
Packages marked “delivered” by USPS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Pick Up & Return Policy
Pick-Up Policy
Thank you for choosing local pick-up. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth experience.
Processing Time
Pick-up orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Processing time does not include Sundays or holidays.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.

Pick-Up Hours: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pick-Up Window
Once your “Ready for Pick-Up” email is sent, you have 3 business days to collect your order.
If the order is not picked up within 3 business days, it will:
Be returned to inventory and made available for in-store shoppers, and
Your order will be re-processed and placed back into the queue based on current product availability and processing times.
Re-processing may result in additional wait time depending on inventory and production schedules.
Identification
Please bring your order confirmation email or a valid ID at pick-up.
If someone else is picking up your order, please notify us in advance via email.
Missed Pick-Ups
No refunds are issued for missed pick-ups.
If you need additional time, please email us before the 3-day window ends, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Changes & Cancellations
Pick-up orders cannot be switched to shipping after they are processed.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us before processing begins.
